It is incredible how one small idea can grow into something truly special. Council Bluffs C.A.R.E.S Inc. is rooted in the belief that we all have an inherent responsibility to make a meaningful difference in the special needs community and our community at large. With a variety of active projects and a large volunteer staff, we harness our skills and resources to successfully achieve our goals. Since our founding in 2022, we have been proud to witness how our activities have benefitted the special needs community and beyond. Want to take part? How We Do This
At Council Bluffs C.A.R.E.S we aim to not only assist the special needs/persons with disabilities communities but also those that may have food insecurities. To accomplish these goals, we have establish three divisions within our charity: CARES Crafts, CARES Cafe, and CARES Gifts with Purpose.
Mission
Council Bluffs CARES Inc. is a place of no judgement, loving our persons/community where they are in life. We provide a sense of belonging when entering our doors and to know that Community Always Remembers Everyone is Special.
