It is incredible how one small idea can grow into something truly special. Council Bluffs C.A.R.E.S Inc. is rooted in the belief that we all have an inherent responsibility to make a meaningful difference in the special needs community and our community at large. With a variety of active projects and a large volunteer staff, we harness our skills and resources to successfully achieve our goals. Since our founding in 2022, we have been proud to witness how our activities have benefitted the special needs community and beyond. Want to take part? How We Do This
At Council Bluffs C.A.R.E.S we aim to not only assist the special needs/persons with disabilities communities but also those that may have food insecurities. To accomplish these goals, we have establish three divisions within our charity: CARES Crafts, CARES Cafe, and CARES Gifts with Purpose.
Mission
Council Bluffs CARES Inc. is a place of no judgement, loving our persons/community where they are in life. We provide a sense of belonging when entering our doors and to know that Community Always Remembers Everyone is Special.
Vision
Council Bluffs CARES Inc. aims to enhances the lives of our community members and our special needs individuals/persons with disabilities by thriving on the success of each individuals' talents and life's purpose. By doing community outreach activities,
Council Bluffs CARES Inc. will give our people attending an opportunity to light the world with their talents, elevated confidence, independence, and JOY.

Divisions
CARES Crafts & Cafe are located at 10 Huron Circle, in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Craft hours are Tuesday- Friday 10 AM to 11 AM ad 1 PM to 2 PM.
CARES Cafe is open for God's Grace Coffee time from 9 AM-10 AM.
Lunch is served from 11 AM - 12 PM. Stop on by and check us out!

CARES Crafts
CARES Craft is where our special needs and persons with disabilities artisans come together to craft unique gifts, crafts, and artwork that CARES Gifts with Purpose will sell at our retail location (coming soon) and here online!
CARES Cafe
CARES Cafe provides a unique food pantry, lunches, and coffee time for those who are experiencing food insecurities or would like a place to congregate and meet people.
CARES Gifts with Purpose
CARES Gifts with Purpose is our online store and retail store (coming soon), where we will be selling our Artisans' gifts, crafts, and artwork.
