Our Background

Council Bluffs C.A.R.E.S Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation that aims to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities through training, employment and to provide a place of hope and understanding. We accomplish this by creating and selling arts and crafts handmade by our special needs artisans! Please have a look at what our artisans have made! We do accept special orders, so reach out!
